Team coaching and leadership programs
For leadership teams, from founder-led startups to corporate teams. We build the culture your business actually runs on.
The standard
A fragile team breaks under pressure. A resilient team survives it. An antifragile team gets stronger because of it, the way muscle grows from load. That’s the standard we build to. Pressure stops being the thing that breaks the team and starts being the thing that builds it.
How we build it
Meaning (the culture)
Pick the values, then say what each one actually means. Every business lists integrity. Almost none can tell you what it means on a Tuesday when a deal is on the line. We write that down in your words, for your business, so the word carries weight instead of sitting on a wall.
Clarity (the behaviour)
Then get specific about what it looks like in the room. How you run a meeting. How you give hard feedback. How you use AI. What you do when treating a client properly costs you money. Behaviours you can see, and measure in a scorecard. Your people stop guessing.
Courage (the standard)
The team holds the standard, not just the CEO. I teach your leaders how to coach down, up, and across to their peers. Up is the hard one. That’s where the biggest breakthroughs happen. It’s why this is called the co-founder standard: everyone leads like they own it.

How the program runs
Six months, all-inclusive.
- The leader:one deep-dive session a month, 90 to 120 minutes.
- Each team member:a coaching session every fortnight.
- The team:a 90-minute workshop every quarter. Feedback, communication, values, planning.
- Between sessions:direct access to me, for everyone in the program.
- Every quarter:a written progress report. What’s changed, what hasn’t, what’s next.
This runs the same inside a larger business: a leadership team, a function, a founder and their direct reports. The quarterly report is written for the person who signed off on the budget.
If you’re here because you and your co-founder keep having the same fight, that’s not a side issue. That’s the work. Conflict handled well builds trust. We give it structure so it stops costing you the company.
Does your culture have a shadow side?
The values on the wall and the real rules of the room aren’t always the same thing. Ten questions, self-scored, free. Find the cracks before they spread.
