Momentum

Momentum is a coaching app made by Alex Knight in Sydney. This page is how you get help with it.
There is no help desk and no ticket number. You write to me and I answer.
Email alex@thecofounderstandard.com.au.
A real person reads it, and that person is me. I am one coach in Sydney, so I am not sitting on the inbox around the clock. Expect an answer within a couple of working days.
It helps if you tell me three things: what you were doing, what happened instead, and whether you were on a phone, a tablet or a browser.
Momentum is coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, psychology or psychiatry, and the companion inside it is not a crisis service. Email reaches me in a day or two, which is no use in an emergency.
If you or someone else is in danger, call 000. If you are in distress, call Lifeline on 13 11 14. They answer 24 hours a day, every day.
There is no sign-up screen. Your account is made when your coaching starts, and you get an email invitation that asks you to set a password.
After that, sign in with your email address and that password.
If no invitation ever arrived, check your spam folder, then email me and I will send it again.
If none of that works, email me and I will sort it out with you.
You can do it yourself, from inside the app. Open your account page, or tap your avatar at the top of the coach room. Choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
It happens straight away. There is no waiting period and there is no undo.
What goes with it:
What does not go. Your coach runs on a model built by Anthropic, and a copy of what you sent it expires from their systems within 30 days rather than the moment you press delete. Work you did inside somebody else's company values space stays with that company, with your name off it. Invoices and email live outside the app entirely.
If you own a company values space, deleting your account deletes that as well: the values, the behaviours, the teams, and every rating your people submitted. It cannot be restored. Talk to me before you do it.
The Privacy Policy says what the app collects, why, and exactly who else sees it. The Terms of Service covers the rest.
