Leadership workshops and offsites
Half a day to three days, in your office or away from it. The team says the things that have been slowing the business down, and leaves with them settled.
Trust is speed
In a low-trust team, every decision drags, because everyone is managing appearances. In a high-trust team, decisions are fast. We’re not going away to bond. We’re going away to build trust the business can spend.
The work
Courage
We make it safe to say the uncomfortable thing, then we practise saying it. Safety is the floor. Courage is the skill.
Feedback
Live, structured feedback across the team using the Structured Feedback Protocol: facts, impact, story, standard. The unsaid things surface and get settled, in the room.
Pressure
Above the line you respond. Below it you react. And the line is fear. We give the whole team the same language for pressure, so they can call it in each other, kindly.
Values
We map each leader’s personal values to the business’s, then turn the business values into behaviours you can measure. Values on a wall do nothing. Values in a scorecard change Monday morning.
Decisions
A shared model for the big calls. One-way doors get care. Two-way doors get speed. The stalling ends when the team agrees which is which.
The real work starts after the offsite
Every workshop ends with a 90-day roadmap: who owns what, by when, and how we’ll know. I check in on it. A great two days that changes nothing is theatre, and you’re not paying for theatre.
What’s included
Agenda design. I interview the key people beforehand. I run the day. Venue help if you want it. The 90-day roadmap after.
Sydney based. I travel anywhere in Australia.
